    ניקיון בארגון

     

    ניקיוןניקיון בארגון הנו חלק ממדיניות חשובה וחיונית.

     

    בעבר היו נוהגים ארגונים לשלם לעובדי הניקיון, שהיו למעשה שכירים אורגניים של בית העסק. כיום, מסיבות כלכליות ולטובת הימנעות מיחסי עובד-מעביד, משלמים הארגונים לחברות ייעודיות עבור שירותי ניקיון.

     

    הגישה הנ"ל מקנה חופש לארגון מהיעדר מחויבות אישית כלפי העובדים המוקצים לו לטובת ניקיון. לדוגמה, הארגון רשאי בכל עת להגדיר  מחדש את תכולת התפקידים ושעות העבודה.

     

    חסרון מובהק של יישום מדיניות ניקיון בארגון על-ידי ספק חיצוני, גלום בחוסר כפיפות כח האדם לארגון, אלא לחברת הניקיון, מה גם שאיוש התפקיד איננו בהכרח על-ידי אנשים קבועים ומוכרים לארגון, אלא על-פי אילוצים של חברת הניקיון.

     

    חסרון נוסף הגלום בשימוש ספק שירותי ניקיון חיצוני, הנם היעדר השליטה מהארגון בכל הנוגע לאמינות העובדים המוצבים בשטחו, על כן חשוב לערוך בדיקות יסודיות טרם בחירת חברת שירותי ניקיון.
