:Description
The Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for instructional design of end-to-end sales and technical course development.
The ideal candidate will create new training material and e-learning modules as well as update existing training content to facilitate successful learning outcomes and objectives.
Highlights of the role include:
- Work with sales and R&D stakeholders to define, design and deliver a visionary professional development curriculum.
- Draft course outlines including learning outcomes and objectives based on the end user job roles and tasks.
- Align training efforts with business goals, define course and learner objectives and design training to deliver measurable business results.
- Work with subject matter experts to understand content of training from an industry perspective.
- Produce all training materials, mainly utilizing Articulate Rise. Implement software simulations and other interactive tools.
- Additionally the candidate will be responsible for LMS administration tasks.

Requirements:
- 4 + years developing training for technology implementations.
- 2 + years using Articulate development tools.
- High level of English is required.
- Write instructional content that is concise, engaging, and appropriate for the audience.
- Ability to work independently.
- LMS integration and maintenance.
- Ability to comprehend deep technical concepts.
- Can adapt quickly to a constantly evolving product life cycle.
- Advantage – Knowledge of networking, including firewalls, routers, load balancers etc.

We are looking for a strong Sales and Customer Success background to join our team.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Creatively search and source for candidates across multiple locations using job boards, internet searches, referrals, networking, and other creative methods.
- Serve as business partner with hiring managers to develop and ensure staffing strategies result in positive experience for hiring manager and candidate.
- Develop pro-active recruitment strategies to anticipate, plan and recruit for future business needs.
- Partner with leadership team, and HR team to create a world class recruiting experience.
- Build relationships with relevant industry professional associations and universities. Identify and attend meetups or events.
- Interview applicants and develop assessments. Assist in the selection of other assessments as needed.
- Lead and participate in projects as needed to elevate recruitment process to provide best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal employees, external applicants, management and partner firms.

Requirements:
- 5 + years of recruiting experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of staffing and recruiting programs and related compliance issues preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources administration preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work at a high pace, with competing, and changing priorities.
- Effective interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform daily administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
