בסדנה הפרקטית ילמדו המשתתפים על השיטות והמתודות החדשות, ועל הכלים שעומדים לרשותם של מנהלי רכישת כישרונות לביצוע עבודתם בארגונים בינלאומיים (כגון IBM ו- Cisco), וכן כיצד גם ארגונכם יכול להעלות מדרגה ולהתחרות ברמה של הגדולים גם כאן בישראל.

להמציא מחדש את רכישת הכישרונות:

הדרך שבה אנשים רוצים לעבוד משתנה. הם מחוברים חברתית, ניידים, ומצפים לאותה גישת "לפי דרישה" שיש להם בחיים האישיים שלהם גם ממקום העבודה. מנהלי גיוס שרוצים להפוך למקצועני רכישת כישרונות – חייבים להבין ולהפנים!

צוותי משאבי אנוש בכלל וגיוס בפרט צריכים להסתגל כדי למשוך ולשמר את כוח העבודה של המחר. ורבים מהם צריכים לעשות את זה בתוך המציאות של תקציב מתכווץ.

We are moving to a new era where companies need to work and operate with increased speed and agility, along with more efficiency, to predict solutions for problems before they occur. To borrow a quote from Einstein: today’s problems cannot be solved with the same thinking that created them. המשתתפים בסדנה גם יחשפו לתהליכי השינוי הצפויים להתרחש – כך שיוכלו להיערך אליהם, וילמדו ליישם את הלקחים שנלמדו ע"י החברות הגדולות בעולם בתחום רכישת הכישרונות – כך שיוכלו לעשות את המעבר בצורה טובה יותר ולא לחזור על טעויות עבר.

In a day of workshops hosted by Kevin Blair, Vice President Talent Acquisition at IBM, participants will gain an insight into how Kevin is driving a transformation that addresses these questions across a Talent Acquisition organisation of over 700 TA professionals worldwide.

From implementing Agile TA to gaining Domain Expertise and implementing cognitive technologies, Kevin will share how IBM’s Talent Acquisition teams are transforming the talent function to deliver solutions and outcomes to the business in faster, more impactful ways than ever before.

Concluding the day, there will also be an opportunity for participants to come together and ideate on the topic of HR transformation, specific to all areas of Talent and how participants should be thinking about talent attraction and management in 2018 and beyond.
